Mimoza Kusari-Lila is the Chair of the party Alternativa and a Member of Parliament in the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo. She is the head of the parliamentary group of the Self-determination Movement (LVV). Ms. Kusari-Lila is a member of the Committee for Economy, Industry, Entrepreneurs and Trade. She served as Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo and Minister of Trade and Industry from 2011-2013 and was the Mayor of the Municipality of Gjakova from November 2013 until 2017. Mimoza Kusari-Lila entered politics in 2003 when she became the spokesperson of and adviser to the then Prime Minister, Bajram Rexhepi. She served as spokesperson for more than a year. She became the first woman to assume the office of mayor in the history of Kosovo. Kusari-Lila holds a master's degree from Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Kusari-Lila was a beneficiary of the "Ron Brown Scholarship Program".

Hykmete Bajrami is a Member of Parliament in the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo from the ranks of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK). She was first elected MP in the fourth legislature in 2011. In 2014, he was appointed Minister of the Ministry of Trade and Industry in Kosovo and served until 2017. From February to June 2020, she served as the Minister of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology. She also served as Minister of Finance. Ms. Bajrami completed her bachelor's studies at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Prishtina, Department of Management and Informatics. She completed her master's studies at Staffordshire University in England in 2003 as a scholarship holder. In 2011, she completed her doctoral studies at the University of Prishtina, Faculty of Economics. Ms. Bajrami has been part of the academic staff of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Prishtina since 2004. She is the author of a number of academic theses and scientific articles published in various international journals.

Bali Muharremaj is the mayor of Suhareka. From 2011 to 2017, he was a Member of Parliament in the Assembly of Kosovo as part of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) caucus. During the years 2010-2011, Muharrremaj was the deputy mayor of Suhareka, while earlier he worked in the Ministry of Internal Affairs as Director of Asylum and Migration. From 2001 to 2005, he worked as a regional director for Civil Security and Emergency Preparedness in Prizren. He completed his studies at the Military Faculty at the Defense Department of the University of Belgrade.

Svetlana Stefanović is the Executive Director of the BFPE Foundation for Responsible Society. She is responsible for the development of the Foundation and its employees, as well as for the design and implementation of strategy for the development of the Foundation. From 2019 to 2022, she worked at the BFPE Foundation for Responsible Society as a program coordinator and was responsible for conceptualizing, coordinating, and implementing gender programs. Also, from 2021, she is the contact point for the second phase of the ROMACTED program. She has over fifteen years of professional experience in managing long-term and complex projects, as well as extensive experience in managing grand and complex events, e.g., forums, conferences, debates, etc. She has proven experience in leading different teams, as well as in training, preparation, and evaluation of different projects. Svetlana is a recognized specialist in the development and set up of mentoring programs and she has over 10 years of mentorship and capacity building work of youth with a special focus on young women. She is one of the original team members that founded the Belgrade Security Forum BSF success story in 2011 and till 2021 she was the BSF Executive Director responsible for the overall organization and realization of the BSF and she led a team of fourteen people strong. From 2003 to 2018 she was a volunteer, activist on different projects in the European Movement in Serbia, then worked as an Office Manager and Project and Event Manager. She is one of the founders and a member of the Women’s Government since its establishment in 2007. She is a Member of the Program Board of the Women’s Leadership Academy. From 2019 to 2021, she was a member of the Executive Board of the Fulbright and Friends Association. She is a member of the Forum for International Relations of the European Movement in Serbia. She participated in the International Visitor Leadership Program on “Women in Leadership: Advancing Women, Advancing Humanity” in the USA and she is an alumna of this network. Also, she is an alumna of the School of political studies of the BFPE and CoE and alumna of the MASHAV program. She graduated in International Relations from the Faculty of Political Sciences, University in Belgrade. Her fields of interest include international relations, human security, women’s rights, mentoring, and non-formal education. She writes and publishes articles on these topics. She speaks English.

Dr. Iliriana Gashi is the Executive Director at Kosova – Women 4 Women (K-W4W), where she manages programs that have served more than 35,000 women since 1999. In 2017, Dr. Gashi led the transition of Women for Women International's Kosovo program to become an independent local NGO: Kosova – Women 4 Women (K-W4W). Before joining Women for Women International, Dr. Gashi worked for the Canadian International Development Agency, World Vision, the French Embassy in Kosovo, the World Bank, and the American International Health Alliance (AIHA). She was also a member of the Policy and Planning Committee in Kosovo’s Ministry of Health. Dr. Gashi is a medical doctor with a Master’s degree in Management of Healthcare Administration from the University of Lausanne in Switzerland. She serves on the Board of the Network of Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian Women Organizations of Kosovo, serves as a board member of CiViKos Platform, and is a member of the Soroptimist International Club in Pristina.

Leonora Kusari is a regional coordinator at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. During her two-decade long experience, Ms. Kusari has held several positions which have enabled her professional development in different areas such as management and IT, finances and accounting, economic statistics analysis, sales management, and the like. Ms. Kusari has finished her studies in marketing and information at the University of Prishtina.

Behar Jashari leads the youth wing of the Self-determination Movement (LVV), known as "Youth for Vetëvendosje". He started his active political engagement in LVV in 2019 as a volunteer in the election campaign of that year. Then, in the February 2021 campaign, he led the department of volunteers within the Electoral Headquarters of Prishtina. In the local elections of October 2021, he was a candidate for local councilor in the Municipal Assembly of Prishtina, while during the run-off period in that election campaign he was again the coordinator of the volunteer department. He has volunteered in projects by various non-governmental organizations, as well as conferences and seminars, which focused mainly on education and environmental issues. He was a member of the Council of Students of Pristina (KNP) for two years in high school; he participated in the activities of the Local Youth Action Council (KVRL) and the Kosovar Youth Council (KYC); he was a member of the board of the students’ group STUDIM KRIKË VEPRIM in the period April 2020 - March 2021; he was a member of the Kosovar Organization of Medical Students (KOMS); he volunteered at the Center for Psycho-Social and Medical Research (QHPSM); he participated in a one-year project to revitalize student activism of the Organization for the Increase of Quality in Education (ORCA); he volunteered in the Green Art Center (GAC) project for solid waste management and environmental protection; he engages actively in events related to health, education, environment and culture. He is pursuing his studies in general medicine at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Prishtina "Hasan Prishtina".

Arbnorë Salihu is a member of the local assembly in the municipality of Ferizaj. Additionally, she serves as the head of the Democratic Youth of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK). She has a masters degree in public policies and management from the University of Prishtina.
